Not only did this fine irishman  purchase a copy of LBIH, but he felt at ease enough to tell me a very personal story about he and his father that seemed to be building to get out of him for some time.

Selling in ways such as this is such a remarkable experience because of the ability to connect with your customer. I feel that I am not just exchanging money and product, but, in the truest sense, building a relationship.

As a writer, that is a rare and special happening.
